Due to lockdown restrictions and the ongoing situation, we have found it impossible to continue with adoptions in our usual way.
Adoption under COVID-19
Due to the lock down restrictions, we haven’t been unable to carry out adoptions in the usual way. However, over the last few weeks we have been trialing out ‘virtual re-homing’ and have successfully re-homed a few cats this way.
How it works
- If there is a cat that you are interested in email catspawsadoptions@hotmail.com with your name, phone number, address and explain why you have the perfect home for that cat.
- We will then contact you to ask more questions.
- If you’re not the purrfect match, we will keep your details on file and may contact you when we have another suitable cat for you.
- Paperwork will be sent via email and once all the checks have been done, we will arrange a non-contact drop off.
We urge everyone to only apply if you are generally interested in the cats that are being advertised. Doing adoptions this way is extremely time consuming so please bear with us.
